Divorce Care meets on a Tuesday night at 6.30pm, starting on 12th September at 6.45pm and will run for 13 thirteen weeks finishing before Christmas. This is open to everyone who is hurting from the pain that separation and divorce brings. We watch a DVD and chat over a cup of tea or a coffee. It is helpful to know other people who understand what you are going through. Everyone will be made very welcome.
The Men’s Breakfast is an opportunity to bring family and friends to an informal, casual time together for fellowship, catch up and of course a good feed. There is a short epilogue at the end when invited speakers share a short word. The breakfasts are bi monthly. Venues visited this year include the Clarion and Wind Rose hotels, Carrickfergus, and the Templeton hotel, Templepatrick. If you would like to join us you would be made very welcome.
The Women’s Fellowship meets once a month on a Monday night at 8pm, from September to April. There is a varied programme for all the ladies with missionary speakers and sharing evenings. A cup of tea and chat at the end of the meeting always goes down well with all who attend. In April there is a special outreach evening. All ladies will be made very welcome to any of the meetings.
Engage Bible Study
The aim of engage Bible study is for Christians in their 20s and 30s to engage with God's word, engage with each other and to engage with the wider church. We meet on the last Sunday of each month after the chruch evening service where we have supper, study God's word and discuss how it is relevant to us. Our current study is on the book of 1 Corinthians and if you would like to join you would be made very welcome.
